Youjo Senki v2.9.1 'War Clouds in Scania' Hotfix:

BUG FIXES/MINOR CHANGES:
- All laws are now compatibe with the monarchism ideology (war economy, closed economy, conscription, etc)

- 'Yugoslavia' is now called 'Hiltria'
- Fixed the names of The Empire's Danish volunteer divisions

- 3 New brand decision categories for the Empire which include industrial recovery, recruitment, and imperial war cabinet
