Fixed _RegenerationMastery_RegenMagickaEffect being set as a Restoration effect, and therefore being affected by Restoration buffs.

Also added Legendary tracking (toggleable via MCM); when enabled, Legendary skills are treated as though they were 100 (for purposes of this script calculating how much magicka regen you should have; the actual skill itself is still 15). You can now make your skills Legendary without losing your regeneration.

Technically this mod now requires SKSE, but that's probably been true since SkyUI started requiring SKSE; trying to run this mod without SkyUI results in no effect, not even a Papyrus log.

Added an MCM config menu. Can switch between presets equivilent to the new default system and the old default system and tweak individual values.

Regeneration is now more gradual; 1 Magicka/second when you get one skill to 40, and +1 Magicka/second for every 15 skill points after that (so 30 Magicka/second is still the maximum, with all magic-related skills at 100).
