Latest update broke variant groups. Panels were still available in the G-menu if searched for.

I poked around for a few hours and figured out how they changed the block categories and updated the main bits of the code to match the new file layouts. The panels should all be nested with the renewables now. I
also updated the components requirements, solar panels apparently use fewer cells now, when exactly that changed, I'm not sure.

I also seem to have figured out how to get it to update my existing mod, (I lost the original files). Scream at me if there's any other issues, I didn't test it in survival yet. Have fun :)
