Shroud is now more selective in what situations it will disable in response to. This is mainly aimed at preventing the side effects of daemons and enforcer spawns from disrupting Shroud.
Shroud's alarm backfire is now capped to the amount of auto-alarm it has prevented.
Shroud reduces max PWR by 5.
All of the above features are configurable! In addition, Shroud has generation options for allowing auto-alarm to occur until a certain alarm level, slowing down the auto-alarm until that alarm level, and blocking the Countermeasures daemon if it is active.
