-Added AI attack and defense states for weapon combat
-AI weapon defense ability decreases with failed attacks or if their attack is blocked. This will restore a little bit when they get hit
-Increase the minimum defense NPC block skill setting to 65 from 50. This will decrease the mod's overall defensive ability when NPC block skill setting is below 65 (easier combat at the medium NPC skill level)
-Minor increase to block ability when AI is trying to provoke an attack when on high aggression
-AI attack restraint when their target isn't focused on them or surrounded (higher NPC aggression setting will ignore this)
-AI will throw their weapon if a target is in the air and at very close range

-The NPC aggression slider will now an affect the AI aggressive, just like it did in the alpha build. At 40-60 the AI use the mod's default aggression

Fixed several conditional errors in code. This will alter block and dodge chance and fix an issue where aggression is always set to max when ai is recovering from low aggression.
