Major Additions:
Elite Monsters have been added:
Elite monsters are variations of regular monster that may not be immediately recognisable. Elites are more durable and bring additional effects to the table.
Elite monsters will not be found more than once per fight and Madmen now count as an Elites.
The following can be found as elites about 25% of the time in place of their counterpart:
Fungal Artillery
Bone Militia
Deep Stinger
Swine Reaver

Bone Captains have a new skill called Castle Grave, it allows them the ability to replenish their damage blocks and guard other enemies

Hero Changes:
Occultist's Abyssal Anchor DMG received debuff for Daemon's Pull increased
Bounty Hunter's Finish Him now ignores armor
Changed string '00% DMG received' to '00% DMG taken' to reduce length of tooltips
Encourage/First Aid/Pep Talk reduced in power but only cost one rest point
Arbalist's Marching Plan now only costs 2 rest points
Hellion's Adrenaline Rush Heal received debuff reduced to 75% (50% at level 5)
Hellion's Adrenaline Rush levels reduce Heal received debuff duration
Occultist's Dark Ritual receives the following changes:
Heal now affects the party for 25%
Self Stress increased to 15
Deaths door debuff is now removed from the party

Monster Changes:
Necromancer horror scaling changed
Necromancer summon is no longer garenteed on veteran/champion difficulties
Necromancer critical summon chance decreased
Necromancer's The Flesh is Willing deals slightly more damage but no longer moves the Necromancer back
Necromancer's Six Feet Under will no longer be used from the second position
Collectors and Shamblers now appear more consistantly in their spawn conditions

Fixed error involving Occultist strings

Abyssal Anchor reworked into an enabler for a damage based occultist, it now does the following:
- Slightly reduces dodge
- Increases damage taken by Abyssal Artillery and Daemon's Pull
- Increases the targets move resistance vs Daemon's Pull

Highwayman's Grapeshot Blasts damage vs large targets now functions properly
Sly eyepatch prot reducedtion increased to -15%
Loot rewards from some correctly interacted curios reduced
Explore missions now generate more hallway fights but less room battles
Cleanse missions now have less treasure battles than curio battles
Boss missions have no chance for extra hallway/room battles

Pelagic Grouper's Spearfishing scaling changed accuracy has been reduced slightly
Pelagic Grouper's Seaward Slash bleed has been removed and accuracy has been reduced slightly
Swine Slashers prot has been increased by 10% and bleed resist has been increased

Shrieker's Peck deals significantly less damage and has less crit chance
Shrieker's Nest has less HP
Shambler Tentacles have 10 more base HP (increased for higher difficulties)
Shamblers attacks have 10 more accuracy
Fixed missing effect giving the Brigand Fusiliers critical strike chance on their first attack
Brigand Fusilier's first attack now increases accuracy

Sanitarium has an increased bust cost for the last upgrade of the quirk cost reduction
Nomad Wagon discount upgrade pricing edited
Guild unlock upgrades scale slightly higher
Guild discount upgrades increased in cost
Blacksmith level 4 upgrade changed to mirror guild upgrades better
Blacksmith discount upgrades increased in cost

Recovery Charm now reduces max HP by 5% (+1%)
Camoflage Cloak dodge reduced by 2.5 when not in position 1/2
Camoflage Cloak reduces max HP by 5% instead of prot
Shar's Chalice debuff chance reduced by 50%

Protection is no longer increased on level 5 armor upgrades (protection scaling changed to compensate)
Crusader protection scaling changed to decrease base prot slightly but increase prot growth
Skeleton Captain's Ground Pound has a 20/30% lowered chance to pull at veteran/champion difficulty
Skeleton Impaler's Impale now has better image positioning
Vestal's Chant should now function properly
Plague Doctor Dodge increased by 5
Highwayman's base HP has been reduced by 10 (scaled to further levels)
Highwayman's Grapeshot Blast now deals increased damage vs large monsters
Highwayman's Grapeshot Blast no longer deals increased damage vs bleeding targets at rank 5

Baron's HP pool decreased
Baron's number of turns reduced to 2
Baron will now properly heal off of Crowd Pleaser
Baron's Critical Strike chance on Crowd Pleaser increased
Baron's Hunger now heals for more
When the Baron uses Hunger he can be executed (-bleed resist) for a short time
Baron's Hunger grants increased critical strike chance and no longer reduces accuracy
