- Fixed an issue where when ACE medical persistency is enabled, any medication that was active in a player character upon disconnect, could have unpredictable effects on rejoining the server after a server restart, due to ACE using the server uptime for calculating how long a medication should last in the system. A fix is now put in place to ensure the calculations are made correctly in any situation. Any existing save where players have medication in them, may cause weird things to happen to those players now, until the player respawns once.

- Added backward compatibility for existing save files so they can work as expected together with the last patch.

- Added new module option to allow displaying a loading screen to players during the initial load delay until the game is fully loaded from a save file.

- Fixed a critical bug causing the loading of save files to error out and not work.

- Restored persistency of water level of water sources. Apparently it stopped working due to a change in prefix of a variable after the ACEX-ACE merger...
