-Decreased frequency of body surface blood drips for dying characters
-Dying character bleeding is now triggered by chance
-Vanilla AI will no longer perform jump kicks when landing near an enemy if Dynamic AI mod isn't installed
-Slightly decreased body surface blood drips amount per hit and added minimal damage so that light ragdoll impacts won't cause bleeding
