V2.28:
* Shock Mines can now be bypassed by dragging a guard through their vision zone. Unlike laser fences, this does NOT disable the Shock Mine.
* Fixed that Shock Mine detonation could randomly spare a unit if more than one were sharing a tile.

* Fixed Null Drones not reactivating their Null Zone when reactivated with Drone Uplink Node.
* Fixed Shock Mines not hitting the agent if agent activated the mine at the very edge of their vision.

* OMNI Foundry will spawn only 1 AI PWR Core, regardless of difficulty
* OMNI Mainframe will spawn 1 AI PWR Core if difficulty 1-6, 2 cores otherwise.
* AI PWR Core firewalls changed from 6 minimum to relative +3 (if minimum firewalls in facility is 2, Core will have 5).
This will make them more reasonable to capture in most circumstances. Requires latest Sim Constructor version to work.
