-added factions from Iraqi-Syrian Conflict mod
-laser targeting (sort of) for guided bombs support. If player is not lazing they behave like standard GPS guided bombs, as before (doesn't work with UH1Y for some reason). Parallel bombing is now possible, limited by CP available. Tweaked damage a bit.
-added Set objective for INDEP groups, makes friendly patrols move to marked area. Takes some time to take effect.
-(re)enabled Helo Taxi, convert CP to AP
-flags, VBIEDs

-added playable AFRF as BLUFOR. It looks ok but there could be issues.
-added USAF as OPFOR

-added SAF filled with AFRF assets as INDEP. This spawns OPFOR units on BLUFOR side so it could be bugged. If there are no FF issues and after i do some testing, i'll try to add playable AFRF as BLUFOR and add USAF as OPFOR

-added SAF as INDEP and OPFOR. Since it's rather incomplete i filled it with appropriate assets.
-added ChKDZ insurgents as OPFOR
-added option to spawn as civilian for debbuging purposes
-removed RHS_MELB_AH6M_H because it's broken
