-Made the M4A1-S weapons equippable. Oops.

-Removed a stray terrorist spawn point
-Swapped the team logos on the loading screen (How did I miss that?)
-Pulled a light out of the ceiling in the ct tunnel
-Fixed the light beams on the final control points not working
-Replaced the ct "Nova/P2K" loadout with a "Mag-7/Five-Seven" loadout to match the terrorist loadout a bit more
-Replaced the molotov in the ct loadout with an incendary grenade because it felt right
-Overhauled the way weapons spawn. Instead of using 3kliksphilip's ingenious horse stall weapon spawners, I have made use of the rather unintuitive game_player_equip. All this means for you guys is that you can use your weapon skins now.

I really hope I didn't break anything else
