• Yet another fix (TTFTCUTS), should fix both the day 4 crashes and the NDB/QSO crashes.
• Fixed being unable to use the Flusion resistance if you fail to storm the Pyramid.

• Fixed the day 4 crash caused by custom FEs.
• Added a flag for compat with Dynamic Difficulty so they aren't affected by the mod and the Vester stops harvesting itself out of existence over and over.

• Fixed Katzen Economy/Research situation log stuff not showing up if you gave Jublio to the Kaiser.
• As a temp fix until I solve the shipyard issue, the Equatorial Shipyard & Planetary Dockyard uplink now apply their effects, but it doesn't work if you stack multiple megas. Should make them not useless though.
