NEW FEATURES:
Added Supermassive E.H.O.F. as a core Gigastructure:
Can be built around an Inactive Black Hole.
Gives MASSIVE buffs to FTL speed and Jump Drives, as well as reducing Empire Size. Essentially removes travel time.
Lorewise, it can make micro-wormholes anywhere and everywhere at once, so it lets your ships go wherever they want instantly.
Upkeep scales based on ship, planet and pop count.
Can be used to probe the Intergalactic Gravitational Anomaly before it reaches the galaxy.

Added 14 new specimens. Can you find them all?
The Blokkats now react accordingly to Anime:
If the Player is a Stellarborne Start or a Warship Girl Empire, the Blokkats will, after they're done shitting themselves, reverse-engineer the infinite power of Anime.
Only happens on Obliterator. Won't happen if they're already Anime.
Added the "Stellaquis" theme from the EaW April's Fool.
Added a news feed showing the latest changelogs to the Gigasmenu.

REWORKS:
THE KAISER IS NOW DISABLED BY DEFAULT. I've deemed him to be too disruptive to unprepared players, and he's now well-known enough that people who want to play with the Katzenartig Imperium will know to re-enable him.
Reworked and reduced AP count. In theory I wanted to make it so people had to choose their megas through APs but in practice nobody likes that:
Disabled the "Slice of Life" ascension perk, the Alderson Disk technology can now be unlocked after researching Tetradimensional Engineering and Gargantuan Ringworld Construction
Renamed the "Celestial Warship Assembly" Ascension Perk to "A Celestial Armada" and partially rewrote its description. It is now a general "Celestial Warship" focus perk.
Disabled the "Esoteric Celestial Weaponization" ascension perk, the Systemcraft technology is now given by the "A Celestial Armada" perk
Nerfed the modifiers given by the "A Celestial Armada" ascension perk, it now provides the generic buffs given by several other perks, as well as +150 fleet command limit that it has always given
Birch World perk no longer requires Master Builders.

Reworked Terraforming Megastructures:
They are now all built from a single site, the "Terraforming Platform".
It turns into the appropriate mega's site when completed.
The mega themselves are only built in one stage now.
They no longer terraform by themselves, rather they unlock their planet's terraformation via conventional terraforming.
Once the planet is terraformed, the megastructure removes itself.

Reworked Automated Stripmine/S.U.C.C./Crystal Megabore:
Since they weren't really used before, they are now a trifecta of SR-producing kilos for the midgame.
They create and buff Motes/Gas/Crystal deposits, much like other kilos.
If there are EXISTING Mineral/Energy/Food deposits, they will be buffed, but those are not created.
Only built in two steps (site --> done).
No longer runs out.
Megabore is now built around Frozen rather than Molten Worlds, since that's where Rare Crystal deposits can be found in vanilla.

- Some Frozen Worlds now get a food deposit (subsurface ocean), this is to make it so the Megabore can buff them. Yummy yummy seafood!

- Added preset for @_declare, updated preset for @laj47fc9
- Sentient Metal and Negative Mass are no longer orange. Why were they orange? It always bothered me.
- Negative Mass renamed to Quasi-Negative Mass to fit overall lore better. NOOOO infinite energy!!!!11!1one!

BUG FIXES:
- Blasting a planet molten with the NDB now properly generates Iodizium.
- Can no longer initiate Flusionfall if you can't invade Pre-FTLs.
- Orbital Ring SR Buildings now provide 1 SR jobs per 4 mining districts instead of checking for the now-removed SR buildings.
- Ruined Dyson initializer now correctly has the megastructure flag to avoid building Dyson Swarms on the Dyson Sphere.
- Can no longer instantly complete Aiondia exploration by holding the "Expedition Returns" events.
- Added fallbacks to ensure the "Restore Aeternite Planetcraft" project doesn't become impossible to do if the system the project is in gets wiped.
- Showing Menu settings now properly shows the Storm Observatory rather than the Stellar Particle Accelerator.
- Fixed Flusion Resistance not being contactable after closing the menu.
