Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.22.1:

• Introducing a new experimental feature, the Job-Based megastructure build cap.

This is a new option in the build cap section of the main Gigastructures menu which replaces the hard build cap on simultaneous megastructure construction with a system tied to production of a new resource, Supertensile Materials. All the following features are entirely disabled if you don't select the Job-Based option in the build cap setting:

• Added a new resource, Supertensile Materials.
• Several buildings, jobs, technologies, and an edict related to its manufacture are available.
• Megaengineering Logistics Hubs are the primary source of Supertensile Materials, with the most efficient ratio of inputs to outputs, but are limited. Molecular Foundries are unlimited but provide much lower efficiency.
• Megastructure build cap is replaced with a cap on Megaengineering Logistics Hubs. This affects sources from other mods while the option is active.
• Monthly income of Supertensile Materials is converted to base build speed and split between all active mega projects.
• Each month while at least one mega is under construction an amount of Supertensile Materials equal to your income is drained from the stockpile in order to double build speed. (This works like the science stockpile)
• Rare deposits of Supertensile Materials can be found around the galaxy and gathered with mining stations. If you build a habitat over one of these deposits, you can build mine buildings.
• Molecular Foundry districts are available on the Equatorial Shipyard and Frame World.
• Sources of flat megastructure build speed from other mods are replaced with a global bonus to Supertensile Materials production.
• The AI is able to use this system effectively, and understands the resource, provided that the AI economic plan from Gigastructures is not overridden by another mod.

The numbers involved in this feature are not final and subject to balancing. Feedback is welcome.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.22 Hotfix 3:

• Prevented a vanilla bug which destroys buildings when enacting the frame world "Upgrade Drone Habitation Sections".
• Reinstated missing check which caused the frame world's Expanded Maintenance Protocols to re-enable a month after being turned off.

• Fixed a bad scope which made the frame world always use the mammalian model when expanding via asteroid harvest.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.22:

• Added the Frame World, an ever-expanding space station complex available via its associated origin
• Added the Frame World origin, a "one planet" playstyle for machine empires (only machines for now, but hives and normal empires will come later):
• Harvest asteroids, use influence, exponentially increasing alloys, or even planetary mass to add extra districts
• Establish outposts over habitable worlds to provide bonuses and speed up pop growth
• Has alternative bonuses for many techs, traditions and ascension perks related to habitable worlds
• Unlock district types equivalent to several upgraded buildings when unlocking those buildings
• Cannot build colony ships or hold full colonies
• The AI can actually use this one and does it pretty well
• Capturing a Frame World when you don't have the origin will disable most of its special features
• Removed a reference to the multiverse in a Blokkat event.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.21 Hotfix 18:

• Fixed scoping errors and cleaned up some events.
• Maginot edge case fix (platform not removed after blowing up).
• Hacky fix to hieroglyphics connecting galactic core.
• Explicitly set capital for incohesive origin to hopefully fix capital_scope ehof events.
• Fixed a Sonya-related crash. Not sure what she was doing but it certainly wasn't good, apparently.
• Fixed the Kaiser's sheer awesomeness and charisma turning Hiveminds into regular empires.

• EHOF systems and UI should now show the right things again, fixing another aftershock of the localisation tooling changes (oops).
