Removed EDARS because headshots don't work the same on them as on other zeds.
Fixed some reproducable bugs and shaky logic to hopefully fix bugsplats that I could not reproduce.

Slightly increased body health of Alpha Clots and Slashers.

Zed Game
Base duration increased by 34%

*NEW!*
The World
Zed time is replaced with stopped time.
Stopped time affects either zeds OR human players during which the other moves in normal time.
All projectiles come to a halt in stopped time, regardless of team.
Zed kills have a chance of stopping time for Zeds.
Player injuries have a chance of stopping time for players.
Player deaths ALWAYS stop time for players, which can lead to a lot of 'fun' should one of you fall.

What's next?
I might start working towards Fiesta v2.0, an update that would add new features besides wave modifiers.
