Fixed missing model spam with Lightsaber SWEPs

* Added rb655_lightsaber_disallow_custom_content - default 1 - Disallows using random models as lightsaber model in multiplayer
* Entity can now deal damage/effects from the tip of the blade towards base of the blade like SWEP
* Consistent hit sound volume between the SWEP and the ENT

* Added new hooks for servers to customize the HUD without editing the addon
* Added new feature to Force Power HUD that allows texture icons to be displayed instead of letter icons
* Added ability to increase the maximum amount of Force Power one player can have. Default is still 100.
