Update.

1. Improved building "Global Planetary Defense System". Until today it was really shitty, being just a bit stringer version of vanilla "Planetary Shiled Generator". Now this building not only improves the planet fortification toughness, but also damages the enemy fleet in case of a planetary bombardment.

2. Civics "Environmental Economy" and "Industrial Economy" do NOT prohibits the adoption of "Development" and "Environmentlism" traditions accordingly. You can adopt the traditions, BUT, in case you pick, for example, "Environmental Economy", the Environmentalists faction will be unhappy if you are adopting "Development" traditions faster than "Environmentalism", and vice versa.

1. I realized that the difference between Federal State and Feudal State civics is quite vague, particulary I can't see Feudal State as anything unique. So, I decdied to abolish this dichotomy. Instead of it, now there is Federal State against Unitary State.

Federal State is not available for Hierarchy Ideals civic, Fanatic Authoritarian and Dictatorial authority.
Unitary State is not available for Anarchy Ideals civic, Fanatic Libertarian and Direct Democratic authority.

So, the feature is that you can be democratic and libertarian centralized Unitary state, or authoritarian Federation.

2. Little bug with Harmony tradition was fixed.

Update.

1. "Anarchy" civic's name was changed to "Liberty" - seems less controversial term than Anarchy.

2. Unity traditions upgraded.

New tradition - "Divine Patronage", which favour uplifters: for each uplift Empire gains a 10-years modifier increasing Happiness and Unity. You can't purge pre-snetients with this tradition adopted. You are a good guy now.

Also, "Diversity Utopia" was renamed to "Pan-Galactic Forum", with free edict - "Pan-Galactic Forum" being a stronger version of a previous edict. Edict "Pan-Galactic League" has also been buffed.

3. Diplomacy traditions were buffed a bit. Unfortunately I have not yet figured out the way to make them more interesting.
