A number of changes:

1. "Welfare State" civic has been replaced with "Industrial Democracy" (non-fanatic coompetitive). "Socialistic Ideals" is considered an advanced version of it.

These civics no longer provide additional jobs for Mining/Farming/Generation districts, just Housing.


2. Economic and Trade policies has been reformed a bit.

Planned Economy now provides moderate increase in energy/minerals/food production, reducing trade value and increaseing trade fee. There are 3 trade policies available for Planned Economy: wealth creation (default), and 2 exclusive policies: Social Development and Infrastructure Development (converts Trade to Alloys, provide building speed enhancements).

Free Market policy no more provides any additional jobs, instead it just multiplies basic Trade Value output. The rest of it's bonuses and maluses stays the same. Trade policies, available for this economy stance are: Wealth Creation, Trade League, Consumer Benefits.

The rest of trade policies are only available for Regulated Market economy stance.


3. "Innovative Economy" civic no longer provides Corporate Researcher jobs, instead it just adds Trade value output to regular Researchers.


4. There are 2 new buildings:

Symbol of Purity - allowed for "Chosen People" civic
Symbol of Harmony - allowed for "Harmonious Collective" civic


5. "Natural Capitalism" civic no longer provides Clerk jobs for Blockers, instead those Blockers just adds Trade Value directly to the planet.


6. "Harmonious Hierarchy" civic has been renamed in favor of "Totalitarian Utopia" - just feels more accurate this way.

7. Added buff to influence gain on defensive war for Pacifist ethic, ingluence gain on Rivalry for Xenophobe, +1/+2 maximum rivalry for Militarist ethic.

UPDATE

A couple of additions:

1. Pluralist faction has got an additional demand for having 25+% pluralist pops in population. Every Pluralist civic now increases pluralist ethic attraction a bit.

2. "Machine Cult" civic has been nerfed a bit, but now is allowed to construct planetary unique building: Colossal Robot Monument, which requires energy for upkeep, and increases local happiness, robot output and unity.
