UPDATE

1. I decided to switch back to original vanilla approach to Consumer Goods. They only cost minerals to produce again. Realized, I do not want to overcomplicate things too much.

2. Re-worked "Ecological Engineers" civic.

Realized, I never quirte liked their image of "Terraformers", so I got rid of terraforming speed bonus.

Now they also get

- unique building "Climate Control Generator", which provides +15% to habitability on the planet
- hi-level tech "Atmospheric Purifying", which allows to terraform Toxic worlds
