Changed naming for "Anthropocentrist" ethic to "Industrialist", along with it's icon.

Bonuses have also been changed: instead of Food and Minerals production, now it buffs Energy and Minerals instead.

Hedonist is now a unique job, available only for civics "Consumersim" and "Land of Plenty", but with slight distinction: for "Consumersim" it additionally provides Trade Value, and for "Land of Plenty" it produces Society Research.

Fixed a couple of bugs.

"Socialistic Ideals" civic was renamed to "Syndicalism", and does not require democratic authority now, just non-Authoritarian ethic.

"Anarchy Ideals" does not reduce stability anymore, but provides 1 less Enforcer for Capital buildings.

Imperial authority do not require Authoritarian, but an Elitist ethic now.
