Through eror.log I've identified a problem with Pre_ftl countries getting illegal ethics/authority combinations in the build. It happens randomly upon Galaxy Generation.

While I know the cause I do not know the cure and TBH I could need expert help here. Tried Discord already but if anyone is able to help with this, it would be great

-Fix for artisans and metallurgists getting food upkeep from the Bioreactor Tech for Lithoid empires
-Several fixes for when farmer, artisan and metallurgist jobs are added but you have these jobs replaced by e.g. playing lithoid, a crafter or an angler Empire
-Fixed several instances where countries add through events would spawn without Ethics/Civics because their combination had been disallowed by E&CC

-Peaceful Traders civic and Megacorp DLC (weird bug - actually it was the vanilla code).
-Fix for Military Academy not giving the intended +2 housing from Martial brotherhood
-Fix for the Great Khan spawning without ethics

It's experimental as I haven't been able to test ingame!!! Can roll back when I have time if the update causes serious problems.

"Someone" questioned that I was carrying out the reform for the so-called "power" of a non-profit mod. So I immediately stop all processes and will not directly touch the running code of this mod.
