Fixed multiplayer missions where a player would be able to take a mission to win, leave session, and watch the AI continue onward for the win.
Fixed multiplayer missions where a player joining could take a country with an existent AI-only mission and continue onward for the win.
Fixed multiplayer missions where a player, most likely the host, would be able to take a mission and continue the mission without any human players for the win.
Adjusted WLC (World's Largest Cities) modifier to allow more manual development of those cities.
Adjusted hordes where hord unity will greatly reduce costs of multiple things.
Rescaled development cooldown for WLCs.
Slightly increased base development timeframe for 1 province minors
Limited religious center's development advantage to an 800 year timeframe
Limited multiplayer colonial missions to European countries
Restored AI's ability to achieve burhger events but at a mean time 7 times what a human player will have
Added Extended Timeline buildings to impact development
Adjusted WLCs development speed when also the country's capital
