Description
OVERVIEW
This mod is designed to slow down the space race by preventing spaceship components from being airlifted and slowing their movement over land.

SPECIFICS
This mod makes the following changes:

- Spaceship components can no longer be airlifted

- Spaceship components no longer gain a movement bonus over Roads and Railroads, they now only move 2 tiles across these

- Spaceship components can no longer enter Forest, Jungle, Marsh or Oasis tiles without a Road or Railroad across them meaning they are still important

- Amends the Civilopedia entries for all spaceship components to explain and justify these changes.

DESIGN
I really liked that spaceship components had to be moved to the launch site in Civ5 but due to airlifting and the fast movement over railroads, the concept was pretty meaningless as you could usually build and assemble a component within 1 or 2 turns. This mod was my attempt to make the Space victory more risky and preventable as you can now better intercept components in transit (this is particularly true if you use my other mod, which adds a late game scouting unit that can enter rival lands and is not ejected when war is declared: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=651324395). You may have to start escorting these units and plan logistics if going for a Space victory yourself, especially across long distances and during wars. Also, special thanks for Whoward69 and LeeS over on the CivFantics forums for the disabling airlift LUA code.

UNINTENTIONAL ISSUES AND NOTES
- Due to the method of ignoring Roads/Railroads, spaceship components can now, ironically, move across hills and rivers without a terrain penalty - if anyone knows a fix for this or a better way of implementing this mod, let me know!
- The Airlift button will still appear for spaceship components but clicking it will not do anything.

Didn't run into any problems with the AI when testing, I think it would only be an issue if their capital was completely surrounded by forests/jungle which they tend to chop down anyway so the AI will just move them across the land as normal.

How it works with AI? I mean a situation, when in a single town far away from ocean and not connected with it with roads is one part. What should AI do in that case? Will he build roads or destroy the part and try to build it somewhere else or just will stay it at whis town untill he would be able to use it.

Since the science victory is still bloody easy and will still be easy with this mod, could you increase the production values of each spaceship part to make them longer to produce, and if possible give them a massive maintenance cost?
(This huge cost would mean that players would most likely only build spaceship parts in their capital to avoid paying a huge maintenance cost - say 75 or 100 gold per turn - while the spaceship part is in transit, which would again slow down production)

I always find, for the AI at least, they will usually win a science victory before anything else. True, a culture victory can be faster but I feel you really have to focus on it and that it easier to prevent (closing borders, boosting culture etc).

I don't think I've ever built a spaceship component in any city except my capitol. The boosters, maybe.
