All saddle engrams available at level 5: if you can tame it, you can ride it!

Why do we have to wait until level 18 to saddle a raptor if we can tame it at level 10? Why can't we fly on a ptera until level 35? What if I can tame a giga at level 56? Why should I have to wait dozens of levels until I can make the saddle?

Until you can saddle your dino, they are just a big guard puppy or pack mule (and the bigger they are, the harder to park).

This mod just makes all saddle engrams available at level 5. No other requirements change

• Level 5 is where the first saddle (phiomia) becomes available. This just brings all saddles to the same level.
  
• The engram point requirement remains the same. Higher level saddles that require more points will mean you won't have those points available for other engrams at that level--your choice to make.
  
• No material or crafting stations change. If a saddle requires a higher tier material (such as metal ingots), or crafting station (like smithy), you still will need those to make it. However, those are now the limiting factors, not some arbitrary level: if you can get the materials, you can make it!

This mod only alters the saddle engrams.
It does not alter the dinos.
It does not alter the saddles.
