There should be some kind of Toxoid-themed Dark Elf pregen with Overtuned and a civic that plays into their poisonous nature.
Perhaps that could be a submod. Overpowered crazy EoS.
Oh.... I see. One or the other, not randomized. Yes that's possible. And.... just gave me an interesting idea for Spawns Enabled too.
how about creating two versions of the mod, one balanced for ppl wanna play normally or even ise it in MP and one overpowered version for people who playing elves specially because elves useally are overpowered in fantasy :D

We do have a function and it's:
generate_elven_primitives_on_planet
create_elven_pre_ftl_species
create_early_elven_primitive_empire
And several more. Check out: elven_primitives_scripted_effects.txt in the scripted_effects folder.
There is not presently and we're stilling doing it the old way on Spawns Enabled which desperately needs a serious revamp. I think what I'll do is add a function to EoS directly (for anyone who wants it) and then use that for Spawns Enabled going forward.

We're already looking into changing the standard elf trait a bit (likely next update after the new Stellaris version). Dark matter/Zro might be a bit too overpowered but I'll have a chat with the balance crew on the matter. (They keep me away from balance and rightly so! )

Rather than generating random early or late primitives?
Ideally I'd like to be able to generate primitives of a pre-gen species which has not yet appeared in the galaxy but I'm not sure how that would work.
