Description
Adds 5 new formable titles and 11 new cultures to the game, along with characters and de jure titles in various historical starts!

Main Features:
Cumbric replaces Welsh in Scotland in earlier starts

Icelandic splits from Norse in Iceland

Slovak exists in its historical location, throughout all starts, and has a formable
kingdom

Albanian appears throughout the game and in later starts has various playable
characters

Macedonian appears late game and has options to form a kingdom

Flemish is formed in French-owned Dutch provinces and is also present in all post-1300 dates

Székely is formed on the Hungarian frontiers, and is present post-1200

Magyar replaces Hungarian in older start dates. Any non-pagan Magyars will become Hungarian.

Slovenian exists throughout the game and has options to form a kingdom

Gallo splits from Breton under French rule

Ruthenian splits from Russian if not under a powerful Russian leader

Bosnian can be created by the player

Manx exists on the Isle of Man

Cumbric:
Cumbric, a culture closely related to but separate from Welsh, existed in Scotland up until the 11th-13th centuries. In game, it replaces Welsh in Scotland and draws from Welsh place names, but has access to the Pictish unique building. Cumbric names were sourced from https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/new-cultures.610605/page-15 from the author Bloodmerchant.

Icelandic:
Icelandic culture, much like other North Germanic cultures, gradually split off from Old Norse. In the game, it is present in 1066 and all start dates after, and in earlier starts it has a chance to split from Norse. It uses Norse names, has the son/dottir prefixes applied, and uses the North Germanic unique buildings.

Slovak:
Historically, Slovak culture existed in more or less its historical region from the 7th and 8th centuries. As such, in all starts the duchy of Nitra is always Slovak, but only in the 769 one is it ruled by a Slovak noble. It draws from Czech names in game and uses standard West Slavic unique buildings.

Albanian:
The appearance of Albanian culture in modern day Albania is not well documented. Albanians may have been living in the region for many years, but the first documented case of an Albanian nobleman is Progon, in 1190. As such, Albanian is present as a culture in the 1187 start, but may have been present before this. Throughout the various dates there is an attempt to display the Albanian Principalities' relationships with their neighbours, and these can be played. Additionally, from 1150-1190, Progon may appear and buy Albania from whoever owns it by event. Albanians get standard South Slavic unique buildings and are in the South Slavic group, despite their language belonging to its own branch of Indo-European languages. I've attempted to add a list of appropriate Albanian names, but I'm not an expert and they may be ahistorical, so please tell me.

Macedonian:
Macedonian is in a similar position to Albanian, in that its arrival in the Balkans is clouded in mystery. It arrives later, generally appearing quickly after 1300, however any South Slavic ruler who wishes to speed up its growth may move their capital to Strymon or Orchid and adopt it themselves at the usual cost of cultural conversion. Macedonian rulers may form the Kingdom of Macedonia, which will automatically integrate Strymon and Orchid, but requires ownership of both. Access to South Slavic unique building.

Flemish:
While Flemish identity became particularly prominent in the 18th and 19th centuries, southern dialects of the Dutch language were reffered to as Dutch as early as the 14th century. Nobles have remained Dutch in all starts but are free to flip to Flemish if they wish. Additionally, Flemish can appear earlier in Dutch lands conquered by French rulers. Flemish uses Dutch names and unique buildings, and has an associated titular kingdom.

Székely:
On the borders of the Kingdom of Hungary, Hungarians began to adopt the Székely culture after the 13th century. They moved around, eventually settling in the eastern regions, and protected the borders of the region. They have their own unique building which produces powerful light infantry with a large defence bonus, but tend to only appear in a few provinces and only in later starts do they have their own ruler. They use Hungarian names.

Magyar:
Meant to represent the older tribal Hungarian culture, even though Magyar and Hungarian are technically just different names for the same thing. They use Hungarian names and unique buildings, and appear in the 769 and 867 starts. Convert to Hungarian with Non-Pagan religions.

Slovenian:
Slovenian has existed as a distinct culture for many years, being the first slavic group to embrace christianity. They have two playable counts in 769, and two provinces of their culture, but by 867 the land has been revoked by Germans, and one of the two provinces has been converted to German culture. They use Croatian names, and have a formable Kingdom which becomes de jure by decision.

Gallo:
Gallo is a Romance language within Brittany, that moved in from the bordering Norman areas. It is now a melting-pot culture which uses French names and unique buildings. It also slowly spreads into Brittany in later start dates.

Ruthenian:
It isn't clear when Old East Slavic split into Russian and Ruthenian dialects, but now if the Russian regions are not consolidated by a single ruler before 1100, this schism can start to take place. Ruthenians use Russian unique buildings and names.

Bosnian:
Bosnian, as a language, is first referenced in the 15th century. However, the player can encourage its creation and convert to it early if they have their capital within the Bosnian region. Bosnian uses Croatian names and South Slavic units/buildings. The vanilla Titualr Kingdom of Bosnia has been activated in the code to allow it to be formed.

New Titles:
The Kingdom of Slovakia can now be formed, and if a player owns Slovakia and either Bohemia or Moravia, they can form the Bohemian Empire.
The Kingdom of Albania is a titular kingdom, and the Duchy of Albania is a titular duchy. Both become de jure in the 1187 start.
The Kingdom of Flanders is a titular kingdom in all starts. The AI will only form it if Dutch, Flemish or Frisian.
The Kingdom of Macedonia is a titular kingdom, and the Duchy of Macedonia is a titular duchy. Both become de jure through decision.
The Kingdom of Slovenia is a titular kingdom, and the Duchy of Slovenia is a titular duchy. Both become de jure through decision.
The Kingdom of Bosnia is a titular kingdom. The AI will only form it if Bosnian.

Other Tweaks:
Bohemian is now called Czech, to better represent what Czech people called themselves and to make the Bohemian Empire a reasonably neutral title for both Czech and Slovak cultures.

Please feel free to point out what needs adjusting or to suggest different cultural buildings, titles, de jure statuses or cultures!
