Real Crossbow Smithing for Vampire Lords

Description
This mod will enable you to smith all crossbow-related items without the usual quest. It requires the Dawnguard DLC to work.

The other requirements (perk, material) are still the same.
Normal bolts can be made everywhere, but crossbows and magic bolts need to be made at the Skyforge.

Q: Why?
A: Because I got pissed after realizing you can be Dawnguard and then become a Vampire Lord, but you can't be Vampire Lord first and then get the cool crossbows. It seemed unfair. So this if for people like me, who want to side with "evil", but still get the crossbows. We can't get cute puppies, that's sacrifice enough.

Q: I can't find the items in the list, why is that?
A: Most items can only be made at the Skyforge. Also, steel smithing is required for one half of the items, dwarven smithing for the other.

Q: Couldn't this mod be used to just ignore the quests you usually need, if you play Dawnguard?
A: Yes, but I enjoy quests, so I don't see why anyone who plays against the vampires would get this mod.

Can you make it so you can craft them anywhere. If you have played morrowind you know crossbows were not some mythical creation. I don't know why Bethesda ever took them out of the main game but, many random enemys spawned with them and you could buy them from just about any weapon shop or pawnbroker. I have a mods installed that gives guards stormcloaks and bandits a chance to spawn with crossbows and, would be a better fit if they could be made anywhere and not just the Legendary Skyforge. But other then that spot on mod.

The original quest is pretty buggy, so it's a good mod for us Good Guy types that get hosed.
