L4D1 dead body piles for L4D2

This mod replaces L4D2's body piles which can and/or will make potatoes and toasters ♥♥♥♥ themselves to the low framerate oblivion, to L4D1's body piles which look more generic and outdated(and doesn't fit with L4D2's zombie models), but is far more optimized because lower polygons. Naturally there'll be some graphical anomalies but, that's expected when you want to give up some things for extra frames. :)
