Size Modify Spell Tomes

Description
This mod adds 6 spell tomes that allow you to change the size of objects and yourself in the game. They can be found in the College of Winterhold, in the centre of the Hall of Elements, and each one gives one of the six different spells.
UPDATE V1.2: I've added another 3 spell tomes that apply the affects to your Character!
(There is one thing about this though, because of how I'm making this work targets of this spell, objects and the Dovakin, only visually become the new modified size. This means that physically the target is still the same size and so the camera stays in the same place, I am trying to make it so the camera moves revelvent to the spell used but at the moment the effects of the spell can only be seen in 3rd person)

I am going to defintly try this hopefully it works , two things I would like to mention console command set scale doesn't work for me and for only seeing your players changed height in third person is okay for me
