Sniper Units for Empire and Dwarfs

A small unit mod that adds two Sniper Units:
- Marksmen for the Empire
- Hawkeye Thunderers for the Dwarfs

- Stats can be seen in the Screenshots
- units are full implemented with Skill and technology bonusses etc.

Both units are strong elite units and can be strategically used to kill enemy lords, heroes and well-armoured enemies from far distances. However if the enemy attacks with cheap but high number units like Skeletons or Goblins they will be easily overruned.
