Both Tectonic Engineering Techs

Description
This removes the need to choose between Core Waste Dump and Deep Core mine when researching Tectonic Engineering.

If you want this effect for the entire tech tree, then try my Remove Tech Choices mod ( http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=795705566 )

There should be no conflicts with any other mods as long as they do not modify the Tectonic Engineering tech.

I suppose "exploit" might actually be a better description of what happens when than "glitch" when a Tectonic Engineering Tech is being traded when this mod is active, because "glitch" has negative connotations while "exploit" has positive connotations, and I'm always all for getting free stuff!,

The "All Distortion Field Techs" mod also glitches when being traded.

I also discovered that when running "Both Tectonic Engineering Techs" and "All Distortion Engineering Techs" small glitches would occur with the game when I was playing the Psilons after (but not before) I had researched "Tectonic Engineering" (the first of the two techs covered by the two mods). It seems that the creative ability and these mods don't mesh perfectly, so deactivating these mods when playing a creative race would be a good idea.

I noticed a very interesting and useful glitch with this mod. When you attempt to trade the tech you picked (either the CWD or the DCM), you can use it to get credit to trade with another empire to get tech, money, or whatever other stuff you desire, or give it away to gain favor, but the opponent never actually receives the technology, meaning that you can trade it an infinite number of times to get what you want from you opponents (assuming that they would normally accept this level of technology in trade ( for instance, I doubt you could trade the core waste dump to get the mauler weapon unless you threw in a large amount of other items into the trade as well).

You don't need to create this mod. All you gotta do is just play the Psilons or customize a race with the Creativity perk.

I'm glad people are finding this useful - I don't really like the idea of having to choose one tech and not get another in general (hence my mod that gives the entire tech tree this treatment), but some of the otherwise missed techs are really essential.

This, next to the Battle Pods I highly disagreed on that you had to choose one or the other. At this point in the tree it made sense that you would get both the Core Waste Dumps and Deep Core mines. As you need both to progress through the game. Thanks again. If I may ask: Can you do this with Gauss Cannon and Cloaking Device?
