Description
This removes the need to choose between Gauss Cannons and Cloaking Device when researching Distortion Fields.

If you want this effect for the entire tech tree, then try my Remove Tech Choices mod ( http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=795705566 )

There should be no conflicts with any other mods as long as they do not modify the Distortion Fields tech.

Finally don't have to choose between the great shield piercing weapon or the cloaking device. Awesome!
