WH 40k - Shadowsword - Variant 1

Description
"The Shadowsword is the sister tank of the more common Baneblade super-heavy tank of the Imperial Guard. The Shadowsword is a nearly identical super-heavy tank to the Baneblade with the exception of its armament and battlefield role as a Titan-killer. Armed with a massive forward-firing gun known as a Volcano Cannon the Shadowsword's primary focus during combat is the destruction of enemy Titans. The Shadowsword and Baneblade have been fighting alongside the forces of Mankind since the Dark Age of Technology, thus making it one of the oldest tank designs still in regular use by the Imperium. Each Shadowsword uses ancient Standard Template Construct (STC) designs that only a handful of Adeptus Mechanicus Forge Worlds have at their disposal. Each Shadowsword is individually logged, registered, and tracked on Mars, not only to see where it is but to see where it has been and the honours it has received, as a Shadowsword's deeds are celebrated as if they were those of a favorite child amongst its makers. The Shadowsword is a highly prized addition to any armoured regiment of the Imperial Guard. "

- Warhammer 40,000 Wiki

This is a 1:1 scale recreation of the Warhammer 40,000 Superheavy Tank, the Shadowsword. To replicate the Volcano cannon I have used the Battle Cannons and Turrets mod's LIttle David. This was the closest I could find on the workshop to the actual Volcano cannon. Those in the know may note, the cannon is actually a little too large due to this. I am sorry. This is the very reason this replica has the addition of "Variant 1" in her name. I intend to post a "Variant 2" when and if I find a better cannon for the job.

This build features; an onboard mineral synthesiser (to sift materials from gravel), Small Ship Refinery, Small Ship Assembler, Belly mounted Connector and rear casement hatch (for reload of the main cannon), Oxygen production and Storage (For operation in low or no Oxygen environmnets) and Cython's energy shields (to replicate the resiliance of the actual Shadowsword [Try running over another tank, its fun])

THIS BUILD WILL WORK IN SURVIVAL (Just have fun getting those blasted tires on)

- Primarily used for Aesthetics, the Reworked Armor Panel mod is not nesseccary for the Build if you desire to use this in a survival game. Not having it may even make building the tires easier.

I may come back and make more 40k Vehicles at some point. I have just had alot of other things going on in my life since then. You may notice this tank was from four years ago. So some of the mods used in its design have broken since then. Also the game itself has changed a bit in how it is coded as well. To fix problems like what you are having I will need to come back and actually redesign the whole tank. I will think about it though.

I am surprised you can still get the Blueprint to work. the camera was directly above the main cannon use it for sighting. I do not know if the landing gear mod still works because they were how you adjusted verticle aim. you inched them down to get elevation on the gun. But at last check that mod is broken nowadays

question to the author and how to correctly direct the main weapon? I could hardly do it at a long distance (and turrets are good drones shoot down mercilessly)

That sounds like a better idea than mine: since ive been a fan of DOW for a while but am unsure about the tabletop, so im just trying to use images to build stuff, yay for terrible proportions!
