Essentially I'm getting at that it's still plenty capable of handling ships in excess of it's own material cost, just be aware that the v2.0 alpha update did some crazy things to CRAM cannons... They're a lot nastier than they used to be. >.>;
For the campaign, any campaign, this ship is a god up until you start encountering the largest of ships. The shielding this thing has, deters all but the largest hits. A single ship can handle well in the order of 3:1 odds on a same material cost ratio. It's easily the most efficient and most devastating ship one can afford earlier on in any game.
Subscribe to this if you haven't. It's easily one of the most powerful vessels you can acquire and is still exceptionally powerful during late-game fights. :)
