You can craft these by either:

Entering admin mode and opening the basic crafting menu
OR
Use the tabula rasa mod

@2Spoopy, yes, but the server must have the mod(you could host a game with the mod to do this)

@Vintro, here from your other mod, and I have a request, could you make a Bagpipes instrument? Would really appreciate it, and it's something I think should've been vanilla. Oh well, but I guess that's what mods are for!
