Ace Attorney: Miles Edgeworth and Japanifornia

Description
Adds Miles Edgeworth from the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series as the leader of Japanifornia.

UA - Justice for All: Social Policies are 10% cheaper. 10% less unhappiness from citizens. Free courthouse in every city.
UU - Detective: Replaces the infantry. Much weaker, but has no maintenance cost.
UB - District Court: Replaces the heroic epic. 1 free Social Policy. +10% Great Person Generation. +2 Happiness. +1 Happiness for every 2 social policies.

Having trouble installing the mod?

1. Check your mods folder (documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization V/MODS
2. Check if there's a .civ5mod file for this mod and if there's a folder for this mod.
3. If there's both, place the .civ5mod file in its respective folder.
4. If there's only the .civ5mod file, use 7zip to extract it to a folder.
5. If neither are there, then steam probably messed up. Use a steam mod downloader site to get the file.

I tried everything I knew how to follow your instructions, but I still coudn't get the mod to appear. Please reupload!

I did get this working with your instructions, but the mod itself isn't running properly. Los Tokyos isn't considered a capital, both when played as an NPC or directly. Also, beyond the settler you start with, settlers don't appear (when built or gained by the Liberty policy.) Also doesn't seem to have the UU working. Ah well, I still enjoy the effort.
