Description
Overview
Slightly increase the base limit of leaders to 15(from 10) to enchance your roleplay experience without breaking the game balance.

Compatibility
#####Not achievement compatiable.######

Somebody asked about what "vanilla" game means. "Vanilla" means the game is unmodded, no changes from what game creators provide to players. :)

vanilla = base game. so "must be vanilla" means that PDX should integrate this as the default, instead of leaving this to a modder to do.
