- I don't play stellaris much any more, I only make mods but when I have time I try to fix problems so report them and i'll look if I have time. I do play major updates.

@Tulkasnomin It should be fixed now. I missed a 0 for the pops so empire sprawl was at 1 per pop like how it was before the 4.0 update, so I changed it to 0.001.

Just having this mod installed causes my empire sprawl to start out at 400+, whether I take the trait or not. Just activate the mod and pick UNE or any preset and sprawl is over 400. Deactivate the mod and pick any preset and sprawl is 50-60...

Updated to 3.4
