3-6 players. Recommended for 4-6 players.

An altered version based primarily on "Betrayal at House on the Hill 2nd Edition" by Aphoristic. We want to thank him for the fantastic work he made. This version contains - compared to previous versions:

* Physically expanded rule set for easy and quick reading.
* Notes with a Quick Turn Guide for pre-Haunt gameplay.
* A scary world background for better atmosphere.
* A table background with large tiles representing upper/ground floor and the basement, while also having black edges and a blood spot for better atmsophere.
* States for the characters' figures, while also being placed on the map at start.
* Text for card draw/discard with snappoints.
* Already set up Haunt Chart.
* Already set up zones for the tomes.
* Removed the two excess hands (now only exists for the figures, so anyone joining after 6 players are forced spectator).
* A 12-sided dice for selecting a random character - If you so desire.
* Reworked models
* And more... (spooky stuff)

Betrayal at House on the Hill quickly builds suspense and excitement as players explore a haunted mansion of their own design, encountering spirits and frightening omens that foretell their fate. With an estimated one hour playing time, Betrayal at House on the Hill is ideal for parties, family gatherings or casual fun with friends.

Betrayal at House on the Hill is a tile game that allows players to build their own haunted house room by room, tile by tile, creating a new thrilling game board every time. The game is designed for three to six people, each of whom plays one of six possible characters.

Secretly, one of the characters betrays the rest of the party, and the innocent members of the party must defeat the traitor in their midst before it’s too late! Betrayal at House on the Hill will appeal to any game player who enjoys a fun, suspenseful, and strategic game.

No problem, just write if you have any other concerns.

I just realized that I couldn't change states because I couldn't change the tokens without taking some out. Oh thank you very much.

Pressing the numbers on your keyboard or right-clicking to change states.
It works exactly like normal states in all other games.

How can you change the states of the monster tokens?
TDuncker  [author] 6 Feb, 2016 @ 12:12pm
