After Antumbra Saga you need to continue your story with Caldecott Caper mod for Shadowrun: Hong Kong.
I personally like Antumbra Saga and Caldecott Caper story even better then Shadowrun: Hong Kong.
As for Shadowrun Unlimited is unfinished mod, but have interesting ideas inside and you should enjoy it too.
