Archer Coastal Defence Missile Pod

Description
A swarm missile emplacement designed to take advantage of the localised resource system. This is not a standalone structure and requires a support platform.

Turret and weapon designed by Ruger.
Painted and Retrofitted for LR by Lurch.

To get this blue print in your game:
- Click subscribe above.
- Return to your game main menu.
- Once there, look for the "Vehicle Workshop" button in the bottom right of the screen.
- When in vehicle workshop, look to the top left of the screen and select "Download Subscriptions".
- When your subscriptions menu appears, scroll down and find the corresponding item title, in this instance "ireLAN Starting Fortress" and select it.
- A window to the right of the screen will appear, at the bottom of this window click the "Download" button.
- A message will appear saying "Download Complete. Click to save as "<Blueprint name>"", you may rename the blueprint using the empty box beneath it.
- Click this button to save the blueprint to your root constructables folder, which you can then find in game using the "Load Vehicle" button in the escape menu.

Okay. Found the problem! As Lurch said it's the changes in missile drag that makes them behave derpy when fired in an arc. APN Guidance has to be set to a value between 2 and 3 and you should either ramp up thruster power or add additional ejectors to the pod to give the missiles some more speed to counter the drag. How much thruster power / ejectors or what APN Guidance gain exactly depends on what range you want to use them at. Note: The higher the APN Guidance gain the sharper will the missile turn. So lower value for long range, higher value for close range.

@Mordric: To what did u change the gain on the APN guidance? No matter what value i give them, the missles all behave differently. Some go straight into space, others just hit the ground and a few do behave like back in the days when this was released. Cant really find the sweet spot....

lol best anti missile instalation ever just replace the ir camera ahnd frag warheads with explosive warheads and the IR seeker with a missle intercepter lolz

This doesnt work for me they just shoot straight up in the air its not attacking the enemies

found the problem the *gain* on the missile APN guidance was messing it all up worked fine when i changed it also the card slot needs to be changed by 90 degrees or the algorithm cards wont be plugged in

everything but the rotation up and down works with the turret and the missiles only fly in a strait line into space
