Age of Charlemagne Diplomacy: ROME II edition

Description
This mod retrofits the Age of Charlemagne diplomacy improvements to ROME II, and as a result the AI will be much more open to non-aggression pacts and peace.

As with all of my mods, compatability is priorty, so it should work with everything that doesn't modify diplomacy. Save game compatible.

Hi can you update for Empire Divided? It wipes out the Caledonii Cultural Affinity trait + the tech the adds +20 diplomacy with Latin factions. Thanks.

No modder, but since this doesn't change the AI, you might want to look into a less agressive AI mod.

I tried this with Caesar in Gaul.
Massilia kept declaring war and then asking for non-aggression pact, as did some other tribes.
It gave me no chance to form a lasting diplomatic partnership with anyone.
I know its not easy to get this balanced correctly, maybe it didn't mix well with some of the other mods I have installed, but in my opinion it didnt work well for me.
