Hello guys :)

This is my Map de_helvetia. I am still in early dev. that means there are still glitches and spots that are not going to be in the final version. It would be awesome if you guys could send me some feedback.

Ich hab deine Map bei SirksMaps gesehen, hat mir optisch sehr gut gefallen, gerade die Architektur bzw das Design der Fachwerkhäuser. Ich würde dir gerne etwas helfen, die Map zu verbessern. Beim Layout würde ich ein paar kleine Sachen verändern, wäre einfacher, dir das privat zu schreiben :)

The idea of cover in this map needs a rework. There's almost no cover on close angles, with every play turning out the same because of it. And in the locations that do have cover, that cover isn't useful, serving little purpose. For example, the logs at the back of B could be used to get a nice sight onto people pushing from top mid (near the T sniper spot), but it's obstructed and only really offers an awkward view of the site, and a very risky shot on the bottom mid route.

It has bags of potential - I think it'll be great - but the one thing that stood out to me so far was the lack of usable cover. The atmosphere & visual style are good, and I think the shape and the overall dynamic are good, bar the cover issues.

Make sure there are no capital letters in the filename, otherwise Linux server operators will crash attempting to load this map.

I think the wall in the mid-section with the gate should be a little higher so that players can't walk on it. It's a minor complaint but i feel that this is an unnecessary abillity.

A little piece of the wall on the passageway to A-site from T-spawn is missing. A-site feels a little bald, some more cover would be nice. I also suggest flattening out the back of B-site to make head-level easier to predict. For the rest it's getting way better and i love the adding of a wall in the mid-section to provide cover for T's. Keep doing what you're doing and make this map amazing. :D

yea theres this metal see through gate around mid that if opened would mean the bots could pass through istead of trying to headbang and jump against it and would balance the map out more for rotates:medicon:

It's a nice map but there's something with the fence in the mid-section of the map that gets bots rather cofused. Bots tend to run into the fence thinking that they can go through. Maybe do something else with the map borders and the background aswell.
