Great architecture, loved the openness of the level, and how and where the cubes were placed.
I also liked the way the energy cubes looked like lights in their holders and the parkour element that was present in the level.
I would also suggest that you make the path a little more defined and linear to keep the player on the path.

If you are still having trouble, take out the gravity cube(s) and fans. Make the player walk or have short hops. It should help you to clarify the path. Stairs and lines on the floor really work well. :)
For example, start by going up the outside steps to the balcony with the fan. Use the fan to jump to the window ledge. Make a jump from the window ledge out to the roof to collect a blue block. Follow along the roof until you come back in a window. Cross over to the opposite side of the building by jumping platforms at the second story level.
Start opening doors to get places using the blue cubes.
If you built a second story along the sides of the building by installing a floor and moving the keyed doors upstairs, surrounded by walls, and made sure your path must be followed, it would work. But you have to plan it out, block it in and lead the player along. Right now, we can just wander around and wonder how we are going to get those blocks off of the ceiling.
Give it a shot and let's see how you do. I really want to play this level! It is beautiful. It just needs boundaries, a path and clear directions so we can see and follow the path.
First, read this.

Some ideas:
Plan a path through the level. Map it out with a path of colored blocks on the floors.
Put up barriers so the player can only follow the path.
Make the puzzles plain, easy and clear. I got to the fan but then couldn't figure out where to go.
Only give the player the blocks they need to solve the next part, and place them near where they need to use them.
