Color Variety Mod V0.07(Discontinued until Game Releases)

Description
Hello, everyone due to the nature of how Ark Devkit updates are handled and the current lack of support for modders at this time, I am going to be leaving Ark and modding Ark until the game releases. The developers of this game are dedicated and trying their best to provide the best possible alpha/early access game they can. I understand this and this is why I realize modding Ark in its current state doesn't work for me and I hope when the game releases the modding system is fleshed out and has proper documentation among other things.

I hope there is no ill-will towards me, but I imagine people will still have some regardless of how I handle this. I just prefer a more functional system with more reliable and consistent updates, and you don't get that in any alpha/early access, so that is why I have made the decision to walk away until this game releases.

For everyone currently using my color mods I am going to link you guys to another color mod so you will not lose any tamed dinosaurs. I will leave both of my mods up and open to the public for 3 days to give people enough time to switch. I might continue to update this if enough people show their support for the color mods, but that is still very iffy for me.

A shame mutation mods are so outdated. This is the ONLY thing missing in my life right now because my luck with wild and breeding mutations is absolute trash!

Has anyone tried this recently? There are a lot of old old mods that still work and are my faves so I'm always happy to find more

"... if enough people show their support for the color mods..." *shows support for the mods* :steamhappy:

Sorry to see you go and looking forward to your return. Like Raulkor said, it's the best color mod out there.

btw, what's the best way to show support for your mod. I hate to be the one to tell you, but it's still the best option out there for adding color to dinos. You originally posted that you'd leave this up for only 3 days. Have you decided to leave it up indefinitely just without updates? (which I'd be ok with).

If only the Dynamic Color Mod was a clean and mod was architected similar to yours. Unfortunately, my experience is that since it's not clean anyone using that mod won't have skelesaurs. :( Miss your mod, but understand your frustrations.

Once i remove your mode, the game crashed , when i use your mode, everthing is fine. Is that mean i can't remove forever?

it seems that with the new breeding in the base game, the colored dinos will not breed, yet the ones i spawn in vanilla will breed. is there a fix for this?

Thanks, I should have known that LOL. I know with anything NEW the Dev Kit is usually the thorn in the mod developers side.
