ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TYPE "snd_restart" IN CONSOLE EVERYTIME YOU START THE GAME UP TO GET THE SOUNDS WORKING

IF THE SOUNDS ARE STILL SILENT, TRY TYPING "snd_restart" IN CONSOLE WHEN YOU GET INTO A MATCH (AFTER YOU JOIN A SERVER AND THE LEVEL HAS LOADED)

The explosion sounds from the Enhanced and Intense Soundmod. The changes from the defaults are pretty subtle, you might not notice them.

This mod makes the picture more powerful and richer explosions, or just the sound modes?

The change from the defaults....

It literally IS the default with a little crack on top of it.

You want a real change from default explosions? Try the "Realistic Explosion Sounds 2" mod.
