Roman Provinces Restored

Description
Restore the provinces of the roman empire as kingdom-level titles.

It features 42 Kingdom-level titles, representing old roman provinces at the time of Hadrian. As the Roman Empire (not Byzantine), conquering the land that province occupies (completely, with no unowned baronies, etc), will give you the option to create that province. In some cases it will destroy the old kingdom title if you or a vassal hold it. (If the King of Egypt is your vassal and you create the province of Aegyptus, it will destroy his title). If you don't want to create it, you can defer the decision until your character dies and another takes the throne. When the title is created, it will forge it's own de-jure borders without having to wait 100 years.

Each of the provinces has the Roman Empire SPQR flag for its coat of arms, as well as localisation. While some are just duchy-sized Kingdoms (Creta, Cyprus, Cyrenaica, Africa, Sicily), others can be very large and powerful (Tarraconensis [Spain], Britannia, Lugdunensis [France], Aquitania, Italia, etc.] Some of the larger provinces also have crusade weights attached, so the AI can launch religious wars.

Also includes Caledonia (Scotland) and Hibernia (Ireland.)

ck2plus has its own system to restore the roman provinces. I might try to create a mod based around that, as the modding for this doesnt seem all too complicated. i'll try to post it once i get it to work.

it works to an extent, but of course, it could use an update because the kingdoms might be a bit messy, so really, updates could help, but i think that it could help

Only complaint I have, since it still works, is that the de-jure alterations don't take into account the changes (relatively) recently made to the anatolia and greece regions.

It seems that you forgot to actually make Byzantium the de jure empire.

christopher0936 who are you to get mad at a suggestion? I don't attack, I'm simply trying to state something that could be done! Now I may sound demanding, and I may need to check myself, but the Orthodox Church was the STATE CHURCH of the Empire! So I think you need to check yourself before you get angry!
Sayle, I owe an apology, and I'm giving it right now. You are a busy person and time is a precious thing indeed. Forgive my rudeness.
