JGRN1 Orbital Telescope

Description
A new orbital unit based on the technologies of the Hubble Space Telescope. Adds +1 Science and +1 Culture to tiles you own. With a large range of effect, the JGRN1 is the future of OP orbital telescopes!

As seen on the Firaxis livestream. The JGRN1 was made as an homage to scientist, Civ fan, and friend of the studio Joel Green of the Space Telescope Science Institute. Joel was on our stream to talk about the real science behind Beyond Earth Rising Tide's lore and new game features! You can watch the stream here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QF7kCkzioOU

I have to respectfully disagree with "briantjack". I was wondering if you could make a mod that would incorporate the extended coverage range for a JGRN1 Solar Collector while still leaving the option for a "normal" Solar Collector

Thanks for the telescope! I do enjoy this mod, but the 4-hex range is quite OP -- and tarnishes the gameplay for me. I'll use this mod again if you could reduce its coverage area; I think a 2-hex range is plenty large, given that this satellite has no resource requirements. (I know, it'd still be OP ... just less so.)

I like it, nice use of the James Webb can't wait for it to be deployed! They're almost done!

You're correct about the picture showing the JWST! You're a person who knows their telescopes! We wanted an image that looked a little different than the traditional cylinder-shaped satellite with solar panels to emphasize the sci-fi aspect of the game and orbital unit. That's why we used it instead of an image of the Hubble.

Just a little thing, but when you said Hubble Space Telescope I think you meant the James Webb Space Telescope, which is the one in the picture.
