If you are seeing players as errors then subscribe to this, This will not fix CSS textures such as map walls or props, For that you need to buy CSS or get the CSS textures another way.

you need them inside another folder, put them in a folder called "css" so it should look like "steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\css" and then inside that "css" folder there should be materials, models, sound etc folders. Then restart your gmod and it should work.
