Destruction Spells scale with Magicka

Description
I added a new perk in the Destruction-Tree, which increases your Destruction Spell Damage by 30% every 50 BaseMagicka and this effect goes up to 1600 Magicka. If you have reached the cap of 1600 Magicka or more your spells will do 1000% of their normal Damage.

I added another Perk increasing your Spell Damage and decreasing your Spell Costs, if you are wearing Colthes.

(BaseMagicka: Your Magicka without any Buff from Enchentmants, Blessings, etc.)

Immersion wise I would suggest you to create a new character before you start playing with this mod, in order to get the full experience of getting stronger with your progress. But that might be just my personal impression.

Finaly the no DLC's version is ready to be used:

Sorry, didn't see the comment until now. I don't have any of the old mod files. I would have to create it completly from scratch. Not planing to do that right now. Maybe if I have time in the future I might look into modding SE.

Unfortunately, installing this causes Skyrim to crash right after the Bethesda logo script is done, preventing me from playing. Anyone know why that happens/how to fix?:steamsad:

I tested it. If you are not afraid of using the consol, you should be able to look up the perks id by tipping "help flow". Then you can find the "magic flow" perk. Then add the perk with "player.addperk #". # stand for the perk id. If it is not working, there could be some mod conflicts and then you just can chose which mod you want to use. Hope i could help.

Acording to the load order, one mod will overwrite the other mods skill tree. So if Ordinator changes the destruction tree, it would override mine. But if a mod change other skill trees, it should work. So you have to chose which destruction tree you want to have, if Ordinator change the destruction tree. And if i'm not wrong, you shoud be able to add my perk with the consol, i will test it.

Does this mod have compatibility with other skill tree mods such as Ordinator?

I just started a new play-through with this mod. Just to be sure, I did two tests to verify it works. I tested it as the first mod in the 3rd party mod list and I tested it as the last mod in the 3rd party mod list. It works in either position. I have more than a dozen other mods, but I don't think I have any custom clothing mods.

This is the only mod you need to fix the vanilla magic system. The problem with Skyrim's magic is that it tops out with very under-powered spells that make playing a mage impractical. You can drive the cost of casting down to zero with enchanting, but the DPS of the spells is still just too low for end-game. This mod solves the problem perfectly by leveling up your destructive power.

bit of advice for people having issue with clothing mods, this mod checks to see if an item is tagged as clothing, if the mod author didnt bother to tag it as clothing then it wont detect it
